At British Glamm, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty tools and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Custom or personalized orders, including white-labeled products.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team at returns@britishglamm.com or call +44 (0)1234 567890 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery, or for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • If the refund has not been posted, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at exchanges@britishglamm.com. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@britishglamm.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs associated with the return.
